How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign Up" on the home page and enter your email address and a password. You can then complete your profile with your fitness preferences and goals to receive personalized workout recommendations.

Is Fit Nesu free to use?

Fit Nesu offers a free tier with access to a selection of workout programs. Premium features, including advanced personalization and expanded workout libraries, may be available through a paid subscription.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and tap "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Can I use Fit Nesu with a medical condition?

Fit Nesu offers workout programs designed with various health conditions in mind. However, our Service is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings page within the app. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How does progress tracking work?

Fit Nesu automatically tracks your completed workouts, maintaining your streak count and progress history. You can view your stats on the Progress page, including workout frequency, streaks, and achievements.

Can I save workouts for later?

Yes. Tap the save icon on any workout to add it to your Saved collection. Access your saved workouts anytime from the Saved page in the app.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
